Chevy A. McVoight is an Alternate UUniversal Hydrocabiais from Planet Respite. Owning one of the biggest luxury condos in his hometown, he was a great wealthy entrepreneur, philanthropist, playboy, and business goer. However, what changed his life was The Hydrocabiais Extinction Event, where he was believed to be killed by drowning, yet he survived, and throughout his species' oppression, he hid in the shadows as a cloaked mercenary who has lost all hope of trust, trusting nobody but himself, even if it's of his own kind. Though he is not evil as so many say he is, he is only broken by a tragedy that he feels he can no longer trust even the ground beneath his feet. Though so many feel he needs guidance, including Xandy, especially when Hydrocabiais Day was made in the anniversary of their tragedy. Though he speaks, he refuses to talk to anyone but himself. He lost his entire family to the event except his girlfriend who left to live in Yonder and has yet to be seen even after the race all came back, with Chevy too lonerised to attempt to refind her. But with help from Xandy, who can identify since the event traumatized her as much as it did him, he will discover that he can still do good by standing up to someone named Verzuvius, an anti-Hydrocabiais fanatic who hires him to get parts for a reverse Hydrocabiais Bomb. He has a dark brooding voice on par with Ben Affleck, he has a menacing personality, and he also has some private moments of fun and excitement that stem back to before the extinction event.

As a Hydrocabiais, Chevy has the ability to stay underwater for 25 minutes, has webbed feet and a beaver-like tail for quick swimming, his hearing is more efficient than a squirrel, his agility is naturally efficient, and as a male Hydrocabiais, the soles of his feet have toxic spurs that cause shocking paralysis for 12 hours.
But his natural abilities pale in comparison to his equipment. His weaponry comes mainly from hologram-based technology, using laser firepower for killing or pulse for stunning when he needs his targets alive or if he's fighting hunting natural predators. He carries two dual pulse/laser holo-pistols, a customizable combat holo-rifle with assault, sniper, and shotgun mods, and a large holographic solar laser cannon that blasts chargeable solar rays, and several ordnance, pulse, plasma, teleportation, and EMP detonators, all within his Infinite Storage Device (ISD). His holographic suit of armor of Holoverse manufacturing allows him to customize his appearance, contains a recharging energy shield, and he has a jet pack that has 10 minutes of solar-powered fuel that charge at about the same amount of time.
His vehicle of choice is a spacesailship, a boat-like spaceship exclusive mainly to space pirates and manufactured by the Rogerspace Company, which has solar sails powered by the energy of the stars for a steady supply of fuel. He also has a sailboard and hoverbike for quick escapes when his jet pack is not an option.
